SBAT Forum – 8 September 2016

14 schools from across Brimbank & Melton attended the SBAT Information 2017 Event at Quest Caroline Springs. The morning event featured a presentation by Daryl Sutton from the VCAA who covered a number of queries about SBATs. He also introduced the new pilots that will trial SWL and SBATs as credit towards a Unit 1 or 2 for VCE and VCAL. The opportunity to also engage directly with SBAT and Apprenticeship Support Network providers was highly regarded by all participants. 10 minute speed-dating style presentations allowed everyone to gain the most up to date information, opportunities and support for SBAT students heading into 2017.
