Welcome to Ruth Giles

Ruth Giles joined Future Connect as CEO in July 2026. She has previously worked in Brimbank and Melton supporting schools’ vocational and careers education as one of many roles with the Department of Education. Ruth has also worked in health, consulting and the community housing sector. She is passionate about supporting young peoples’ transitions to adulthood.
