Brimbank/Melton LLEN - Business, Industry, Training and Education (BITE) Working Party
The BMLLEN BITE Working Party meets three times per year at the BMLLEN offices in Caroline Springs.
Invited representatives from several organisations attend these meetings including:

The BITE Working Party notes several issues which have been identified:
- Employer discrimination towards refugees and students with a disability
- Options for 13 to 17 year olds - engagement programs
- Community VCAL
- Transport limitations
- Improve participation in applied learning, VCAL/VET promotion
- Parental engagement in careers process (PACTS)
- Careers Expo to better engage training, business and industry with education
- SBAT preparation and promotion
- More structured support for students with a disability
- Enhancing school, business, industry engagement
- Lack of job readiness
