Brimbank Careers and Jobs Fair

On Wednesday 28 May 2014 the Brimbank/Melton LLEN, with support from LeadWest once again hosted the Brimbank Careers and Jobs Fair.  The event was held at Club Italia in Sunshine from 9:30am until 3:00pm.  The event aimed to provide information for students, young people and adults on –

  • Careers and employment opportunities
  • Employers
  • Apprenticeships
  • University and TAFE courses
  • Local training providers

The event attracted over 1,000 attendees, doubling that of the 2013 attendance figure.  Stallholders representing forty eight organisations were present on the day, covering a wide range of organisation types including Job Service Australia providers, Registered Training organisations, Group Training organisations, Universities and TAFEs and employers.
