Welcome to Tea
Téa is a community-minded co-designer and researcher with a thing for systems change, complexity and making real impact. Téa’s background spans community development in local government and public health in academia, and as a former refugee to Australia, is especially passionate about working with culturally and linguistically diverse and refugee-background communities.
Téa’s work aims to connect ideas, people, and policy, drawing on insights that are complexity informed, and approaches that are co-designed. Téa is particularly interested in bringing different forms of knowledge together, elevating lived experience, and processes of co-inquiry that invite multiple diverse perspectives to a problem.
Off the clock, you’ll find her pottering about the garden, or exploring the wild with her family and a sassy poodle leading the way.
