2024 Brimbank Careers Exploration Day

2024 Brimbank Careers Exploration Day - 8 May 2024 - Lakeside Banquet & Convention Centre in Taylors Lakes 

On Wednesday 8 May Future Connect and its Partner organisations welcomed almost 1,700 secondary school students from Brimbank Secondary schools to the 2024 Brimbank Careers Exploration Day with this year's theme being Interactivity. Students, ranging from Years 10 to 12 visited the event at Lakeside Banquet & Convention Centre in Taylors Lakes.

Forty six exhibitors ranging from the further education sector, registered training organisations, group training organisations, employers and representatives from other sectors set up their stalls on the day ready to welcome students.

Donations of showbags from Victoria University, Australian Catholic University, Collarts and Carlton College of Sport made sure the students had a sturdy bag to put the various brochures and leaflets in as they moved throughout the venue.

The Victoria Room at the venue housed those exhibitors who required a little more room, including NECA, Victoria University, Ambulance Victoria, Fire Rescue Victoria, NECA, Harvester Technical College and AGA.
